Requirements:

• Rich experience in out-source vendor management.
• Experience in performing BAU support and project implementation
• Able to communicate with the external vendor, external and internal stakeholders. An ability to understand the technical details and communicate the essentials at a high level is essential.
• Expert in Database technologies including MS-SQL, Oracle, Sybase, DB2 and MySQL.
• Expert in Unix/Linux technologies including Solaris, SUSE Linux and Red Hat Linux.
• Expert in operation automation technologies including ServiceNow and Ansible technologies

Responsibilities:

• Act as focal point in supporting BAU and project work and work closely with all the other technical teams, business units and end users.
• Supervise out-source vendor engagements, ensuring timely deliveries of content from the external vendor and monitor communications, facilitating when issues arise.
• Provide technical guidance, consultancy, recommendations and training to different business units’ technical teams in the region.
• Take lead for major Group initiative deployment in Group & SSHK and assist other business units’ deployment timely and efficiently
• Direct and oversee the group level support and implementation of Database solutions, Unix/Linux, Operation Automation, which include evaluation, implementation, maintenance, performance management, release management, configuration management capacity management, ongoing enhancement and upgrade, and related installation standards.

Academic and Experience requirements:

• Degree in Computer or IT related disciplines
• Over 8-years experiences
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• ITIL Certified

• Ability to work under pressure and tight project schedule
• Analytical mind with strong troubleshooting skills.
