Responsibility:

1. To facilitate related parties among clients/internal teams to identify issue occurring, locate root cause and align with resolution/precaution ;
2. To keep track of the project timeline ;To foresee and function in resolving the risks and issues spotted;
3. To perform in-depth analysis for blockages/issues and propose workable solution to fine tune the process and current situation;
4. To consolidate the statistics to draft the reports for internal teams or senior management;
5. To present and brief the project status/risks/issues in meetings;
6. Internal Knowledge documentation and sharing.

Skill:

1. BS degree or above;3 years + experience;has IT project involvement
2. Knowledge of Software development life cycle
3. Hands on with common office applications (e.g. PPT, Excel, Word)
4. Familiar with project management tools (e.g. MS project, share point, confluence, Jira etc.)
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Attention to detail, analytical and logical skills
7. Fluent English Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking skills
