一、捷普管理培訓(xùn)生項目——EIT (Employee in Training) Program

自2000年起，公司實行EIT （Employee In Training）Program，每年均招聘自動化、

測控、機(jī)械、材料、電子信息工程、英語、管理、國貿(mào)、物流、統(tǒng)計等相關(guān)專業(yè)的優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，進(jìn)行崗前職業(yè)化培訓(xùn)，在崗培訓(xùn)與海外培訓(xùn)等，培養(yǎng)與造就了大批具專業(yè)素質(zhì)的優(yōu)秀人才。

二、招聘職位(廣州工廠：100人)：

物料類（Materials Functions）-    采購專員，計劃專員，庫存分析專員

工程類（Engineering Functions）- 工業(yè)工程師，制造工程師，測試工程師，品質(zhì)工程師，自動化工程師

管理類（Management Functions）-  業(yè)務(wù)管理，生產(chǎn)主管，人事專員

三、應(yīng)聘條件：

1）普通高等院校2015年應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，全日制大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷；

2）能夠在2015年7月底之前參加3-6個月的實習(xí)計劃，并從所在學(xué)校畢業(yè)，并獲得報到證、畢業(yè)證、學(xué)位證書；

3）英語CET四級430分或以上，具有良好的英語聽說讀寫能力；

4）學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，具有優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊合作精神、溝通能力和高度的責(zé)任感；

5）成績優(yōu)秀、學(xué)生干部、三好學(xué)生及獎學(xué)金獲得者優(yōu)先。

四、招聘流程：

宣講會→簡歷審核→筆試→小組面試→1對1面試→ 確認(rèn)實習(xí)名單

五、職位描述及崗位要求：

 1.     EIT Planner (生產(chǎn)計劃專員)：  

         

Job Description:

l  Communicate with customer about the POand shipment information;

l  Analyze capacity and material ability;

l  Production build plan for Manufacturing to follow the schedule;

l  Deliver schedule and shipment request;

l  Revenue update.

Requirement：

l  Bachelor Degree with good command of English in both spoken and written;

l  Quick learner, able to work under pressure;

l  Strong alertness, excellent communication skill;

l  Major unlimited, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration、Economics、Foreign Trade、English major preferred.

2.     EIT Buyer (采購專員)：    



 Job Description：

l  Through closely tracking with vendors to ensure materials on-time delivery and availability to support production per the Master Production Schedule;

l  Control materials cost and the inventory to keep company competitive;

l  Monitor, track, improve and provide feedback on Supplier’s performance on delivery, quality and services;

l  Coordinate with Quality Engineer, System Quality Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer for materials quality problems.



Requirement：

l  Bachelor Degree with good command of English in both spoken and written;

l  Quick learner, able to work under pressure;

l  Strong alertness, excellent communication skill;

l  Major unlimited, Management、Economics、Foreign Trade、English major preferred;

3.     EIT Inventory Analyst (庫存分析專員):

Job Description:

l  Ensure on time materials supply for production line, pre-alert & analyze any shortages & closely follow up;

l  Review any internal down time

l  Help locate/expedite any hot parts

l  Perform any Backflushes

l  Review and Clear PPL

l  Maintain inventory accuracy though cycle count & physical inventory, discrepancies root cause investigation & analysis;

l  Continually focus in improving the Inventory Control operation;

l  Work with whole materials team to serve workcell business development

Requirement:

l  Bachelor Degree, major in Statistics /Mathematics/Technology/ Mathematics is preferred;

l  Good command of English in both spoken and written English, quick learner;

l  Be familiar with MS office, especial for Excel.

4.     EIT Manufacturing Engineer (制造工程師)：

Job Description:

l  Design and optimize product’s manufacturing process flow according to current technology capability;

l  Equipment capability study and evaluation and lead to minimize machine downtime;

l  Specify equipment’s financial justification;

l  Optimize Production line layout to meet IE standards;

l  NPI (New production Introduction) technical support and design for manufacturing analysis on new and existing products;

l  Support BUM (Business Unit Manager) by Providing accurate Manufacturing quotations;

l  Generate and maintain relevant engineering document to meet production requirement.

l  Continuously improve product quality and reduce manufacturing cost

Requirement:

l  Bachelor Degree with good English;

l  Major in Automation, Mechanical engineering;

l  Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork Spirit.

5．EIT Industrial Engineer (工業(yè)工程師):

Job Description:



l  Develop and maintain efficient, effective, and safe assembly processes for manual and box-build assembly;

l  Identify, analyze, and implement improvement in all manufacturing processes and systems including Process, Material and Information flow system;

l  Work with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and manufacturing operations personnel to Design, maintain, and continuously improve the production lines’ performance and flexible, scalable, and cost effective manufacturing process;

l  Supports Business Unit Management by providing accurate Manufacturing quotations;

l  NPI (New production Introduction) technical support;

l  Focus on Production STD time and Efficiency, Line Balance, Flow, Layout and Headcount improvement for mass product;

l  Generate and maintain relevant engineering documents to meet production requirements.

Requirement:

l  Bachelor Degree with good English;

l  Major in Industrial Engineering;

l  Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit.

6. EIT TE Engineer (測試工程師)：  

Job Description:



l  Design /develop test process in conjunction with the customer;

l  To lead and guide a group of test technicians for supporting production lines;

l  To interface with vendors and supplies for machine maintenance and calibration;

l  Support production lines for minimum machine downtime and maintain proper record of all machine preventive maintenance work for ISO requirement;

l  Responsible for new projects/equipment set up and commission.

Requirement:

l  Bachelor Degree with good English especially oral & listening;

l  Good technical background, major in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation or Telecommunication.

7. EIT QA Engineer (品質(zhì)工程師)：

Job Description: 

l  Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem, and implement and drive internal corrective actions;

l  Drive customer corrective actions, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions;

l  Carry out experimentation, process capability studies, or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality;

l  Internal Communication, ensure production information is communicated consistently and effectively throughout the line and from shift to shift;

l  Ensure the process being done is in compliance with the Deviation Authorization. Follow up on the changes of the effective and expiry date.

Requirement:

l  Bachelor Degree with good English especially oral & listening;

l  Good communication skill, major in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, Testing or Telecommunication.

8. EIT Line Supervisor (生產(chǎn)主管)：

Job Description: 

·         Maximize product quality and efficiency；

·         Coordinate with Line Manager and organize line workload depending on product priority;

·         Review build to schedule, monitor on time delivery;

·         Ensure work meets or exceeds Jabil Workmanship standards and monitor the SPC system closely in order to fix repetitive and recognized problems immediately.

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree with good English;
Good communication skill, major in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, Testing, Packing Engineering, Materials Chemistry & Applied Chemistry.

Direction：

·         SMT, PCBA, CNC, Surface Treatment, Metal Assembly.
