Job Responsibility:

1. Ensure security control are properly implemented. Process regular Review existing procedure, make sure SA support guideline are timely updated.

2. Define and fine-tune procedure/process for effectiveness and efficiency, raise team’s automation support ratio.

3. Provide consultant service for team incident solution; Monitoring and control team daily operations on task completeness, quality, staff loadings and performance. Arrange guide and train team members to properly handle security request.

4. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor; Provide operation report to management.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in in Computer Science or equivalent.

2. 5 - 10 years of related working experience.

3. Good command of English, and knowing Cantonese is an advantage.

4. Be familiar with MSS internal procedure and AIA security standards and be familiar with function and operation of MSS internal tools

5. Have basic knowledge for all supporting platforms (Skills on AD management and PowerShell is preferred.)

6. Experience of IDM tools roll out (like SailPoint and CA Site Minder support is preferred.)
