• Design, Develop, and support applications following TSS development standards

• Complete the assignment on schedule with good quality.

• Work together with AIA members to meet overall project objectives

• Lead IT project as PM.

Skill set:

• Bachelor degree or above in IT related disciplines with at least 5 years working experience

• Minimum 5 years experiences in programming, participating in technical design and construction phase of a development projects involving n-tier, object-oriented(OO) component-based applications using java language/J2EE technologies

• Ability to design and implement innovative and maintainable solutions to complex problems

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems in a production environment

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience with the following

  • Javascript, HTML5, XML, JSON, CSS, Ajax, Jquery

  • structus2, Spring, IBatis.

  • Tomcat, IBM websphere

  • Web service

  • RAD, eclipse IDE

  • Responsive design

  • CMS

• Minimum 2 years PM experience

• Ability to read and write in English
