1.Identify the requirements/scope and control the time/quality/cost accordingly, manage the change request with predefined process

2.Work with business and technical leads to prepare PM documents, such as Project Plan, Cost Estimation, Resource Plan, Progress Report, etc.

3.Present and align the project progress/status in terms of quality/time/cost with key stakeholders

4.Review and approve project deliverables

5.Coordinate with multiple parties (users, internal team members, external vendors, etc.) to ensure the project running smoothly

6.Travel to different countries for onsite support

任職要求：

1.Bachelor or above degree in IT related disciplines with at least 8 years working experience

2.Minimum 3 years working experience in PM area

3.Ability to identify the project requirement/scope and manage time/quality/cost accordingly, has at least one successful fix-price project experience as a PM

4.Proficient in English documentation and presentation by MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and other PM tools

5.Good communication skill to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, e.g. User, BA, Tech Lead, Test Lead, etc., fluent English speaking, Cantonese is a plus

6.Familiar with SDLC, Agile or other software development process

7.Experience of insurance business is preferred

8.Willing to have short term business trip time to time
